App Build Studio ("us", "we", or "our") operates the Media Video Audio Converter mobile application (the "Service"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service.

1. Information Collection & Use

We do not collect, store, or share any personal information. All media processing (transcoding, trimming, and compression) is performed entirely locally on your device. Your files never leave your device.

2. Third-Party Services & SDKs

Our Service utilizes trusted third-party developer libraries provided by Google and Firebase to serve advertisements, monitor system stability, improve performance, and deliver notifications. These services may collect certain non-personally identifiable technical information (such as device identifiers, system logs, and network performance):

3. Log Data

In case of an error or crash, we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device IP address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, and other statistics.

4. System Permissions & Usage

To deliver advanced local media conversions, background processing, and interactive features, our Service requests the following system permissions under strict privacy constraints:

• Media Access Permissions (READ_MEDIA_VIDEO, READ_MEDIA_AUDIO, READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE): These permissions allow our Service to scan, read, and process video and audio tracks locally from your device library, and securely save the converted files back to your public storage. Media access is processed entirely on-device and is never transmitted externally.
• Background Execution & Sync (FOREGROUND_SERVICE, FOREGROUND_SERVICE_DATA_SYNC, WAKE_LOCK): These permissions allow our Service to process large media conversions and compressions in the background as an official Android Foreground Service. This keeps the processor active, ensuring conversions are completed reliably without being terminated by the system if you minimize the application.
• Notification Access (POST_NOTIFICATIONS): This permission allows us to display real-time transcode progress bars in the system drawer and notify you instantly when your conversions, cuts, or batch jobs are successfully finished. We do not use notifications for advertisement or marketing.
• Haptic Feedback (VIBRATE): This permission is used solely to trigger a subtle physical vibration vibration click to alert you when a background conversion task successfully completes.

5. Children’s Privacy

This Service does not collect any personal information. We do not knowingly target or collect data from children under the age of 13.
